Nutrition Education and Advice

We offer online nutritional education, support and guidance to teams of all ages across a variety of sports. With this service, we provide your team with evidence-based nutritional strategies to aid performance, promote adaptation to gym sessions and pitch sessions and to help with the prevention of and recovery from injury. With this service you will receive the following:

  • Phone/Email contact with head coach to discuss training and game schedule.  

  • Team Whatsapp and Facebook groups as a platform through which information and advice will be ​provided.

  • Constant stream of communication between athletes and nutritionist to assist with any problems or questions you may have. 

  • Pre-Training and Post-Training nutritional strategies to help your team fuel correctly for training sessions and subsequently promote adaptation and recovery post-training.

  • Game-Day Nutrition: carbohydrate-loading strategies, meal timing, hydration strategies, pre-game snacking, post-game recovery. 

  • Sample meals, meal-plans and recipes.

  • General macro-nutrient and micro-nutrient advice, aims and strategies to achieve such aims.

  • Supplement recommendations based on your sport and training schedule. 

  • Accountability to nutritionist via social media platforms.

  • Individualised nutrition strategies to aid players recovering from injury.

Strength & Conditioning Programming

We provide online strength and conditioning programs for teams across various sports. Our programs will take your team through each phase of the season from pre-season to peaking towards the end of your competitive season. Unlike a lot of conventional S&C programs we see teams following today, our programs accommodate the differing levels of athlete within your team. Some athletes are more experienced and competent in the gym, others may have a unique injury history, all of which must be accounted for within a program. Furthermore, we place a lot of importance on the 'Conditioning' element of programming, an aspect which can regularly be ignored. Our belief is that the weight room is there to compliment your ability to perform on your sporting field - the weight room is not your sporting field! Our team programming includes the following:

  • Phone/Email contact with head coach to discuss training and game schedule.  

  • Athlete contact via Email and Whatsapp group to progress/regress programming based on each athletes' rate of progress and level of compliance. 

  • Constant stream of communication between athletes and coach to assist with any problems or questions you may have. 

  • Strength & Conditioning Programming periodised to your team's training and competitive season. 

  • Alterations in programming to accommodate for individuals within your team. 

  • Individual programming for players currently injured or returning from injury.

  • Recovery and Regeneration sessions.

  • Accountability to your coach via weekly and biweekly check-ins. 

  • Length of programming will depend on the length of your season, current phase of your season, etc.

This service offers a combination of nutrition education and advice, coupled with team Strength and Conditioning programming. By providing the S&C programming for your team, we can then tailor our nutritional advice to complement your specific training schedule. We believe that maximising your ability to perform at your best is achieved through a combination of nutrition and exercise strategies and this service allows your team combine the best of both worlds! Our combination of team Nutrition and S&C Programming consists of the following:

  • Phone/Email contact with head coach to discuss training and game schedule.  

  • Team Whatsapp and Facebook groups as a platform through which information and advice will be ​provided.

  • Constant stream of communication between athletes and nutritionist to assist with any problems or questions you may have. 

  • Strength and Conditioning Programming periodised to your team's training and competitive season, with individual alterations to accommodate players' specific needs.

  • Pre-Training and Post-Training nutritional strategies to help your team fuel correctly for training sessions and subsequently promote adaptation and recovery post-training.
