Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 200g frozen blueberries

  • 250g 0%-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 small apple

  • 1 tbsp. of honey (20g)

  • Water

Method:

  • Finely chop the apple into small pieces.

  • Blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds.

  • Add water as needed!
