Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
60g of oats
200g high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)
200ml milk (preferably protein milk)
1 small apple
1 tbsp. of honey (20g)
Dash of cinnamon
Handful of berries
Handful of seeds
Method:
Finely chop the apple into small pieces.
Mix the oats, yogurt, milk and chopped apple together in a sealable container.
Once stirred, add a dash of cinnamon and 1 tbsp. of honey.
Leave in a fridge overnight.
Serve topped with berries and seeds!
