Overnight Oats


  • 60g of oats

  • 200g high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)

  • 200ml milk (preferably protein milk)

  • 1 small apple

  • 1 tbsp. of honey (20g)

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Handful of berries

  • Handful of seeds


  • Finely chop the apple into small pieces.

  • Mix the oats, yogurt, milk and chopped apple together in a sealable container.

  • Once stirred, add a dash of cinnamon and 1 tbsp. of honey.

  • Leave in a fridge overnight.

  • Serve topped with berries and seeds!
