Strawberry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:

200g frozen strawberries
1 small apple
100g high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)
1 scoop/25g of whey protein (vanilla or strawberry)
1 tbsp. of honey (20g)
Dash of cinnamon
Water
Method:
Finely chop the apple into small pieces.
Blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds.
Add water as needed!
