Strawberry Protein Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 200g frozen strawberries

  • 1 small apple

  • 100g high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)

  • 1 scoop/25g of whey protein (vanilla or strawberry)

  • 1 tbsp. of honey (20g)

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Water

Method:

  • Finely chop the apple into small pieces.

  • Blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds.

  • Add water as needed!
