Pineapple Protein Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 150g frozen pineapple

  • 200g 0%-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop/25g whey protein (vanilla flavour)

  • 3 ice cubes

  • Water

Method:

  • Blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds.

  • Add water as needed.
