Super Greens Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 250g high-protein, 0%-fat yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)

  • 150g frozen spinach, kale, kiwi, mango mix

  • 1 banana

  • 20g oats

  • 1 tbsp. of honey (20g)

  • Dash of lime juice

  • Water


Method:

  • Blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds.

  • Add water as needed.

  • Top with some crushed nuts or seeds to increase the calorie content!
