Super Greens Smoothie
250g high-protein, 0%-fat yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)
150g frozen spinach, kale, kiwi, mango mix
1 tbsp. of honey (20g)
Dash of lime juice
Blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds.
Add water as needed.
Top with some crushed nuts or seeds to increase the calorie content!
