High Calorie Chocolate Protein Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop/25g whey protein (chocolate flavour)

  • 100g high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)

  • 20g chia seed

  • 40g peanut butter

  • 40g oats

  • 1 tbsp. of honey (20g)

  • 100ml milk (preferably protein milk)

Method:

  • Blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds.

  • Add additional milk/water as needed!
