High Calorie Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 scoop/25g whey protein (chocolate flavour)
100g high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)
20g chia seed
40g peanut butter
40g oats
1 tbsp. of honey (20g)
100ml milk (preferably protein milk)
Method:
Blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds.
Add additional milk/water as needed!
