Nut and Seed Granola, Chopped Fruit with Yogurt

Ingredients:
10g sunflower seeds
10g pumpkin seeds
20g golden flaxseed
20g brown flaxseed
20g flaked almonds
20g oats
2 squares of dark chocolate
200g high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g)
Selection of fruits and berries.
Method:
Add the various seeds, nuts and oats to a large bowl and mix together.
Melt the squares of dark chocolate on low heat.
Once melted, pour the dark chocolate over the nut and seed mix and stir until the mixture is immersed in chocolate.
Leave to cool in an air-tight container for 20-30 minutes.
Recipe makes enough for four servings of granola.
Add your favourite chopped fruit and berries to a bowl of 200g high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g yogurt).
Top with a handful (one quarter of total mixture) of nut and seed granola mix!
