Double Chocolate Protein Pancakes
100ml high-protein milk
1 scoop (25g) chocolate flavour whey protein
1 tbsp. (20g) of honey
Pinch of salt
2 squares/20g of 85% dark chocolate
Add oats to a large bowl.
If a thin texture is desired - grind oats in Nutribullet or blender for ~ 10 seconds.
If a thicker/oat-y texture is desired, do not grind oats.
Add eggs, whey protein, milk, salt and honey to the mixture and whisk together.
Gradually add more milk until the mixture becomes a thick, creamy batter.
Use a low-kcal spray on a hot pan.
Pour a layer of batter onto the pan and flip as you see necessary.
Chop the dark chocolate into thin pieces and add to the batter once on the pan.
Mixture makes 4-5 large, thin pancakes.
