Double Chocolate Protein Pancakes

  • 3 eggs

  • 100g oats

  • 100ml high-protein milk

  • 1 scoop (25g) chocolate flavour whey protein

  • 1 tbsp. (20g) of honey

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 squares/20g of 85% dark chocolate

  • Add oats to a large bowl.

  • If a thin texture is desired - grind oats in Nutribullet or blender for ~ 10 seconds.

  • If a thicker/oat-y texture is desired, do not grind oats.

  • Add eggs, whey protein, milk, salt and honey to the mixture and whisk together.

  • Gradually add more milk until the mixture becomes a thick, creamy batter.

  • Use a low-kcal spray on a hot pan.

  • Pour a layer of batter onto the pan and flip as you see necessary.

  • Chop the dark chocolate into thin pieces and add to the batter once on the pan.

  • Mixture makes 4-5 large, thin pancakes.
