Feta Cheese Salad Bowl
Ingredients: Salad

Spinach (handful)
Rocket (handful)
Cucumber (half)
2 Peppers
1 tin of chickpea
Cherry Tomatoes (handful)
1 chopped apple
Pomegranate seeds
100g of feta cheese
Ingredients: Dressing
50g of wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp. (20g) of honey
20ml of olive oil
Method:
Chop the feta cheese into cubes.
Chop the peppers into thin slices.
Chop the apple into small cubes.
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
Salad makes 4 portions.
To make the dressing, mix the mustard, honey and olive oil in a small bowl and stir thoroughly.
Use the dressing sparingly - it should make enough for four portions.
