Peanut Butter Recovery Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp/20g of peanut butter (meridian)

  • 1 scoop whey protein (vanilla flavour)

  • 100g 0% fat yogurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 square of 85% dark chocolate

  • 200ml protein milk

  • 1 tbsp/20g honey



Method:

  • Mix all ingredients in a nutribullet for 20-30 seconds.
