Raspberry Protein Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:

  • 100g of frozen raspberries

  • 100g of frozen pineapple

  • 1 scoop (25g) of whey protein (vanilla flavour)

  • 100g of high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g yogurt)

  • 100ml of water





Method:

  • Place the raspberries, pineapple, whey, yogurt and water into a nutribullet/smoothie blender and blend for 30 seconds.

  • Pour mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite fruit, seeds, nuts or granola.
