Raspberry Protein Smoothie Bowl
100g of frozen raspberries
100g of frozen pineapple
1 scoop (25g) of whey protein (vanilla flavour)
100g of high-protein yogurt (9g-10g protein per 100g yogurt)
100ml of water
Place the raspberries, pineapple, whey, yogurt and water into a nutribullet/smoothie blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite fruit, seeds, nuts or granola.
